Ravi Shah, MD
Cataract and Refractive Surgeon
I found my way to ophthalmology later in my medical training, but I’m so glad I did. It’s the perfect mix of hands-on microsurgery, cutting-edge technology, and the science of optics — all focused on something as important as helping people see their best. Even after many years in practice, I’m still amazed by what modern eye care can do and how it can change lives in big and small ways. I wore glasses and contacts for most of my life, so I understand the day-to-day challenges my patients face. After having vision correction surgery myself not long ago, I experienced firsthand what a difference clear, natural vision can make. That experience has only deepened my commitment to offering the best possible care. I enjoy helping people understand their options — from whether surgery is the right step at all, to which tools or technologies might be the best fit for their lifestyle and goals.
